Wargaming Clubs of Adelaide: Garrison

(Sounds like the title of an Osprey, doesn't it??)

Lurking in Adelaide's North Eastern suburbs, gazing down from their dark battlements, are the denizens of The Garrison Wargaming Club!

This year, Garrison's members will ride forth from the North, to bring war to the peoples of the Southlands! Well, they're coming to Bugle Call 2012, at least...

And with them, they plan to bring a couple of very nice demonstration games! Namely, the popular 28mm skirmish systems Malifaux and Infinity! These should be well worth coming to see, and there will be more information about the games on the Demo's and Displays page in the next few days.

The Garrison Wargaming Club of South Australia Inc has been in existence since 2001 with a core group of members actively running, helping and participating in the hobby of tabletop wargaming. Among their ranks, Garrison can claim to have State and National title holders in competitive wargaming, painting and model-making, who are always keen to help out with the Club and its participants.

Garrison's members play a large variety of war and other games, including; Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40K, Battletech, Necromunda, Bloodbowl, Wings of War, Descent, Twilight Imperium, Okko, Era of the Asagiri, Magic the Gathering, RPG’s and many more. Any game is welcome!

The club is located at Akora Community Building, 7 Roebling Street, Modbury Heights and actively supports the Modbury Hospital Foundation and other charities. The club has a wide variety of members. New members are always welcome.

Stay tuned for more installments of Wargaming Clubs of Adelaide!
